Do Not Have Highly Dream on Indonesia`s Soccer Team U24 at 19th Asian Games 2023

INDONEWS.ID - After Indonesia was defeated Kyrgyztan 2-0 on September 19th, 2023 through Ramai Rumakiek and Hugo Samir’s goal, Indonesia did not reach win over Chinese Taipeh’s team on their match on September 21th, 2023 when Chinese Taipeh was defeated Indonesia 1-0.

Before leaving to China, Indra Sjahfri head coach of Indonesia’s soccer team U24 at 19th Asian Games 2023 can not choose best soccer player who will join with his team because BRI League 1 and Pegadaian League 2 are underway. Besides this, Asian Games soccer match does not FIFA matchday calendar, because of that several Indonesia’s player who are playing in many abroad team such as Elkan William Tio Baggot (Ipswich Town, England), Rafael Struick and Ivan Jenner (ADO Den Haag, Nederland), Asnawi Mangkualam (Jeongnam FC, South Korea), Marselino Ferdinan (KMK Denize, Belgium), Pratama Arhan (Tokyo Verdy FC, Japan), Saadil Ramdani (Johor FC, Malaysia),  and Jordi Amat Maas (Darul Takjim, Malaysia) are not fly to China with Indonesia’s soccer team U24 at 19th Asian Games 2023.

Indra Sjafri has also facing more difficulties to choose best player after several Indonesia’s football club had been rejected to sent their player into national team such as Persis Solo did not leave their striker Ramadhan Sananta, and several player such as Beckham Putra and Kadek Arel Priyatna are in sick conditions.

Differences with Indonesia’s soccer condition, South Korea had been successful called their best player who have been playing in several Europe soccer team such as Lee Kang-in (Paris Saint Germain), Jeong Woo-yeong (Vfb Stuttgart, Germany),  Hong Hyun-seok (Gent/Belgium), Lee Han-beom (Midtjylland/Denmark), and Park Kyu-hyun (Dynamo Dresden/Germany) eventhough Asian Games soccer match does not FIFA matchday calendar. The lesson learnt which can we study from this phenomenon is PSSI under Erick Thohir’s leadership must improve their skill communication and skill of conditioning, eventhough PSSI’s member must be studied to South Korea.

Remembering our national player on mass media report, majority of them are not main player in their abroad club, so PSSI must easy to make communication with club owner to release their player to play with Indonesia’s national team at Asian Games soccer match for upgrading their skill which is finally also make beneficial for their clubs.

Indonesia’s soccer team U24 at 19th Asian Games 2023 has only several good player such as Rizki Ridho (Persija), Alfeandra Dewangga (PSIS) and Rachmat Irianto (Persib) but the rest of list of player are not having enough performance at  BRI League 1 because of that we do not have highly dream on Indonesia’s soccer team U24 at 19th Asian Games 2023. On their final match, Indonesia must win over North Korea which had previously defeated Chinese Taipeh 2-0. If Indonesia win over North Korea, on 16th stage, Indonesia will see strong country such as Bahrain, Thailand or Kuwait which are one of them will join with South Korea into  16th.
